Delivery Timeframes:

•Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days

•East Malaysia & Singapore: 5 – 7 work days

Shipping Cost:

Malaysia: RM9 per bag.

Enjoy FREE shipping within Malaysia with a minimum purchase of RM160.

Singapore: RM36 for the first item, and RM12 for the second item.

Order Processing:

Please allow 2 – 3 working days for order processing before shipping.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Return and Exchange

We accept exchange requests as long as the item purchased is not worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Exchanges must be made within 14 working days from the date you receive your parcel.

The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost, while the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you will be borne by us.
